When moving the support frame, the rotor should be rotated at the same time or the left and right support frames should be moved at the same time to avoid scratches and wear on the surface of the journal and roller. Absolute cloth allows the rotor to be knocked or bumped on the roller frame. An unbalanced rotor puts pressure on its support structure and the rotor itself during rotation, causing vibrations. Therefore, the dynamic balance of the rotor is very necessary.

The lens glass of the photoelectric head of the dynamic balancer should always be wiped with mirror paper or mirror cloth to keep the outer surface of the mirror clean. Never wipe the mirror surface with oily gauze or dirty cloth. The balancing machine is a kind of static and dense testing equipment, which should be kept and operated by a special person.
