Then find the specific vibration source according to the fault mechanism and get the specific vibration cause; Determine the source of the fault by the specific vibration cause and observe the development and change of the vibration analyzer
When analyzing and diagnosing faults, the development and change of each monitoring parameter should be observed first. Therefore, attention should be paid to the accumulation and study of vibration data under normal operation of the machine, including the amplitude and phase of the fundamental frequency, the amplitude and phase of the subharmonics and higher harmonics, and the amplitude of other important frequency components. When the vibration analyzer makes various observations and analyses on the vibration signals of the current machine, it should be compared with the vibration under normal operation state. But first determine whether it is the change of characteristic parameters caused by the change of operating parameters, such as whether there is a big change of load.
