     A customer in Shandong, China has the demand for dynamic balance correction and vibration testing, KM engineers carry KMbalancerII+ multifunctional vibration analyzer and on-site dynamic balancer to the customer's site, KM engineers firstly carry out the dynamic balance test on the grinding wheel machine tool, the vibration sensor is placed on the root of the bearing, and the speed of 991RPM is measured, and the vibration value is 0.085 micrometre, which is very good for the dynamic balance, and the second measurement value is similar to the first one. The measured value of the second machine is almost the same as the first one. Then the vibration test was carried out on air compressor and motor bearings, and the vibration value was below 2mm/s. The vibration sensor was placed at the root of the bearing, and the vibration value was 0.085 microns. Finally, the rotor of all kinds of CNC lathes were tested for dynamic balance, only one eccentric rotor had a high value, the vibration value was about 3.5 microns at 1000RPM, and the vibration value was about 7.8 microns at 1500RPM, and no dynamic balance correction was made because of the unconditional addition of heavy weights or counterweights at the site, and then the eccentric rotor was dismantled, and the bearings were measured alone, and the measurement value was below 0.5 microns. Then dismantle the eccentric rotor, measure the bearing alone, the measurement value is below 0.5 microns, and finally install the eccentric rotor and measure the speed of 1500RPM, the vibration value is about 3.6 microns, and analyse the imbalance may be caused by the bad installation. Suggest the customer to re-install.
