The KMbalancer Portable Rotor Balancer is the ideal tool for identifying and correcting rotor unbalance in situ and determining the state of balance of your machines. A unique combination of features gives operators complete onsite balancing capability - even with the standard equipment.

With high ease of operation, universal application and practice-proven accessories, Rotor Balancer makes field balancing easy - even for less experienced staff. Operators are prompted through the steps necessary to measure and eliminate unbalance by a user-friendly menu. A novel optimisation program enables unbalance vibrations to be recorded at up to four sensor positions and reduced to a minimum by one- or two-plane balancing..

The KMbalancer Portable Rotor Balancer measures the absolute vibration of the bearing in a wide band and provides information about the condition of the machine.

The KMbalancer Portable Rotor Balancer is suitable for field balancing of rotors, such as on pumps, blowers, motors or compressors.

In order to identify the cause of vibration, the rotor balancer provides two powerful FFT frequency analysis methods: constant absolute and relative bandwidth FFT analysis. Both variants can separate the vibration mixture measured on the machine into its harmonic part and display the frequency and amplitude in the form of spectral lines. According to the measured frequency, the cause of vibration can be detected and the unbalanced rotor can be identified.

All results can be stored with the machine description, sensor location, date and time, and downloaded to a PC or laptop. The balance report PC software provided with the instrument can output the measurement results in the form of graphics or tables and import them into Windows Office programs. It can also create professional balance and measurement reports.
