3. Always keep the balancing machine clean, the surface of the guide rail should be kept clean, and oiled frequently to prevent rust.

4. The surface of the support block or the roller should be kept clean, and no iron filings, dust and debris should be adhered to. Before each work, the support block or the roller and the rotor journal should be wiped, and a little lubricating oil should be added. When moving the support frame, the rotor should turn or left and right support frame at the same time.

At the same time, move at the same speed to avoid scratches and wear on the surface of the journal and the roller, and it is not allowed to knock or hit the rotor on the roller frame.

5. The balancing machine is a precision MI testing equipment, and a special person is required to take care of it and operate it.

6. The lens glass of the photoelectric head should always wipe the outer surface of the mirror with lens cleaning paper or lens cloth to keep it clean. Do not use oily yarn or dirty cloth to wipe the mirror surface.

7. All knobs and switches on the panel of the electrical measuring box should not be toggled at will, so as not to damage the components and cause measurement errors.
