After the preliminary analysis of KMbalancer vibration analysis function, it is found that the centrifuge structure has problems, and it is found that the centrifuge bearing and rotor are connected with the foundation for vibration damping pad. After the field maintenance personnel changed the basic connection mode to rigid connection (adding steel Angle steel), the unbalance vibration value changed well: the upper bearing of the rotor changed to 320μm, and the lower bearing changed to 255μm. In order to further optimize the vibration of the equipment, the balance correction of the equipment was carried out again, and the final value of balance correction was: The upper bearing changes to 265μm, and the lower bearing changes to 203μm. Due to the objective factors of the equipment, the customer currently considers that the field equipment will often move, so the lower part of the rotor cannot be supported and fixed. If it can be fixed, the final result will be better.The customer is very satisfied with the current vibration results.
