Although the use of vibration analyzers to detect the status of machine cannot be used as the only basis for determining the machine overhaul cycle, it is indeed necessary as a reference condition. Since the speed of equipment such as water pumps and fans is relatively low, vibration is not the only harm to them. For example, sometimes there is no problem with the vibration meter detection, but the impeller is severely corroded and needs to be overhauled. Therefore, the determination of the machine overhaul cycle should be comprehensively considered from the vibration meter detection results, the accumulated machine operation hours and efficiency and other aspects.

The fan operation mode is divided into two speeds (high speed in summer and low speed in winter).
