KMV1 Acoustic Camera Helps Industrial Customers Solve Pipeline Leak Detection Problems!

In the intricate pipeline network, any slight crack or improper operation may become the source of gas leakage, silently threatening the safety and stability of the production site.

The customer has two main products that need to be leak tested. One is a black airbag and the other is a metal pipe. We hope to have a product that can quickly detect leaks. KM engineer came to the customer site and used the high efficiency and precision of the KMV1 acoustic camera to find a solution for leak detection of the two products. First, in view of the low-pressure environment of the black airbag, the engineer carefully adjusted the sensitivity of the acoustic camera to ensure that even the slightest and almost inaudible leak sound could be captured. With the precise positioning of the instrument, an almost imperceptible tiny crack on the airbag was quickly exposed and the location was accurate.

Then we switched to metal pipe inspection. Facing a higher pressure range (0.08MPa-0.1MPa), the KMV1 acoustic imager demonstrated its strong adaptability and stability. In the complex pipeline system, the engineer skillfully moved the instrument and checked one by one, and finally captured an abnormal sound wave signal at a bend, confirming the specific location of the leak. The whole process was smooth and efficient, greatly shortening the inspection time and meeting the customer's expectations for quick response.

This test not only successfully helped the customer solve the urgent problem, but also once again verified the excellent performance of the KMV1 acoustic camera in the field of leak detection. The perfect combination of KM engineers' expertise and advanced instrument provided customers with fast and reliable test results, winning high praise from customers. In the future, such cooperation will undoubtedly escort the safe production of more companies and jointly move towards a new era of more efficient and intelligent detection.
