In practice, we used the KMbalancerII vibration analyzer and on-site dynamic balancer to carry out the dynamic balance correction of the spindle. Firstly, we analyzed the data and found that there was a problem of large vibration amplitude in the spindle, and then we adjusted and corrected it by using the on-site dynamic balancer. After correction, the vibration of the spindle was improved and the stability was further enhanced.
