1. Location selection of vibration measuring points
When there are some problems between any part or parts of the equipment, it will almost affect the vibration, and its vibration will be transmitted to the bearing position through the shaft, base or structural information. Therefore, when performing periodic vibration measurement, it is possible to analyze and measure the bearing position data, and it is possible to improve the measurement of each energy with a good bearing.
In order to accurately judge the abnormal vibration of the equipment, in addition to the horizontal and vertical directions, at least one axial measurement point must be measured.
2. How to detect equipment failure from measurement data?
Common equipment vibration problems can be summarized as: poor alignment, poor balance, bearing damage, loose foundation, etc.
If the vibration frequency mainly occurs at 1, 2 or 3 times the rotational speed, and the vibration direction comes from both radial and axial directions, then it can basically be judged as poor alignment.
If the horizontal and vertical vibrations are large, but the axial vibration is small, the horizontal and vertical vibrations are about 4 times the axial vibration, which can be judged as poor balance.
The total vibration value is within the standard range, but the bearing condition value is large, indicating that the bearing is damaged or the bearing is not well lubricated.
If the vibration values of the cement base and the anchor screws are different, the foundation is loose.
