Only by doing a good job in the daily maintenance of the balancing machine can the measurement results of the instrument be guaranteed and the service life of the balancing machine can be effectively extended. So how to maintain the balancer every day?

The balancing machine is a precision test equipment, which needs to be kept clean frequently. The surface of the guide rail should be kept clean and oiled frequently to prevent rust.

When moving the support frame, rotate the rotor, or move the support frame left and right at the same time, so as not to scratch and wear the journal and roller surfaces. Do not knock or hit the rotor on the roller frame. The surface of the housing or rollers should be kept clean and free from iron filings, dust and debris. Before each work, the bearing housing or roller and rotor journals should be wiped and a small amount of lubricating oil should be added.

The electrical measuring box is a key part of the balancing machine. It must be protected from vibration and moisture and stored properly. After the work is over, turn off the switch of the electrical measuring box. If not in use for a long time, it should be powered on regularly and warmed up for a few hours. Do not move all knobs and switches on the panel of the electrical measuring box arbitrarily to avoid damaging components and causing measurement errors.
